Founded in 1974 in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province — formerly known as Wuxi Tower Crane Factory — Wuxi Jushen Crane Co., Ltd. has grown over more than 50 years into one of China's leading and most experienced manufacturers of lifting and engineering machinery. We have been rated as a key construction machinery manufacturer by the Ministry of Construction, and were among the very first companies in China to obtain the manufacture approval for tower cranes.

To guarantee precise and efficient manufacturing, Jushen operates fully independent workshops covering blanking, metal processing, cold working, shot blasting and painting, and final assembly — giving us complete control over every stage of production and the capacity to handle even the largest orders on schedule.

All high-strength steel used in our products is supplied by trusted manufacturers such as Baosteel and Ansteel, ensuring consistent material quality. Our testing equipment — including non-destructive flaw detectors, ultrasonic flaw detectors, magnetic detectors, paint film thickness gauges and automatic leveling instruments — guarantees that every product meets the high quality standards.

Every Jushen crane is produced through a strict, standardized manufacturing process :

1.Material inspection — all high-strength steel is sourced from trusted suppliers such as Baosteel and Ansteel, and verified against material certificates and standards.
2.Plate pretreatment — steel plates are shot-blasted to remove rust and scale, then coated with primer for optimum corrosion protection.
3.Cutting & blanking — components are cut with automated CNC laser / flame cutting equipment to guarantee precision and uniformity.
4.Structural assembly & welding — sub-assemblies are fitted and welded using qualified welding procedures (WPS/PQR), with automatic submerged-arc welding for long main seams and controlled heat input to minimize distortion.
5.Correction — weldments are mechanically pressed or flame-straightened to meet flatness and straightness tolerances.
6.Machining — critical parts are drilled, milled and bored using our special-purpose machines for precise fits.
7.Non-destructive testing (NDT) — welds and structures are examined with ultrasonic, magnetic-particle and non-destructive flaw detectors to guarantee integrity.
8.Surface treatment & painting — components receive shot blasting plus epoxy primer and topcoat painting; small structural parts are hot-dip galvanized for 10–15 years of service life.
9.Final assembly & electrical installation — mechanical, transmission and electrical systems are integrated, featuring variable-frequency drives for smooth, reliable operation and remote-control options.
10.Inspection & testing — finished cranes undergo complete load testing and quality inspection before delivery.
