It is constructed from national standard Q235/Q345B profile steel, ensuring high load-bearing capacity and long service life. The whole machine undergoes shot blasting pretreatment with a derusting grade reaching Sa2.0–2.5, followed by optional spraying or baking paint processes that support 5 years of continuous outdoor use; all small components such as platform railings are treated with hot-dip galvanizing technology, guaranteeing a service life of 10–15 years, even in harsh mountainous environments.
